Ali Hot Fix

This is actually the Microsoft Patch for the Athlon Processor & Win 98 SE.

I personally know of NO ALi motherboards that are successfully employing this fix.  Using this patch did NOT correct the USB problems on our Asus ALi P5A.  Some folks are claiming success.
