Windows NT 4.0 Does NOT Support Universal Serial Bus

Although,  Microsoft does not support USB in the WinNT 4.0 there are some alternatives that will provide limited USB support for NT 4.0 users. 

Win NT 4.0 is Being Retired

Effective October 1, 2001, Windows NT Server 4.0, Windows NT 4.0, Enterprise Edition, and Windows NT 4.0 Client Access Licenses (CALs), will no longer be available through volume licensing programs.
