JEFFERY ROBERTS IS USBMAN. Although inherently trouble-free, USB can be vexatious at times. That's when the call goes out for USBMan, aka Jeffery Roberts, whose eponymously-named website is devoted to USB products and problems.  USBMan's problem guide is rich in tips, tricks, and resources.  Even if you don't have a USB problem, the USBMan site is still worth visiting. It's rich in product news, reviews, and editorial opinions backed by hands-on experience from Roberts' active test lab and development center.  P.S. Don't be fooled by the mask. USBMan is much more than just another clever cartoon character.

USBMan is a Great USB help and support site. At USBMan you will find USB drivers, patches, links, reviews, news, guides, how-to, a question and answer forum. This web site is used by many USB peripheral manufacturers to supplement their own technical support departments when a USB problem is system related.


I highly recommend USBMan  In the left column you will find "USB Problem Solver" this contains a list of known hardware with issues related to USB. This site is a wonderful resource. There is also a forum there where you can post questions about USB related matters. On 9 September Microsoft hosted a USB chat via this site
