K, I just got a Logitech QuickCam 3000 Pro that won't stay on more than five minutes before it just randomly shuts itself off. I sent an e-mail to Logitech customer support and they were about as helpful as a spike in the head. I gathered that they think that the problem has something to do with the USB port, and I tried looking through the forum archives to figure it out for myself, but I don't know what a BIOS is or what it does or how to configure it...I'm pretty computer illiterate. Could someone please help?
