I think? Look in Device Manager > System. What name shows up there the most? If it's VIA, go here:

: Initial connection, Printer is identified, driver loaded etc. No Problems.
: A little later, after reboot I think, though sometimes if PC is on for awhile, printing fails. Unknown device on USB.
: I've had to remove all printers, drivers etc. then reconnect load drivers etc to get it working again.
: Similar thing happened with my USB scanner.
: Drivers are the latest XP drivers from the Epson and Agfa sites.
: This is driving me crazy. Can anyone help.
: Printer : Epson 680
: Scanner : Agfa E50
: PC : Creative Blaster PC. (VIA chipset, I think)
