Hehe...

Sears has special screw-extracting tools for about $20US. You really need to get into the case. If the VIA can't be made to work (common problem), you will need to get in to install a USB card.

: i can open 4/7 screws and the rest are in so tightly that i can't move them, where is a strong guy when you need them eh!i ran a hardware analysis tool which told me i have award modular bios v4.51pg or via technologies inc vt82c597
: i also installed a 4 in 1 driver which didnt do anything.
