I do not know if this is possible, but is there a way to allocate bandwidth for specific USB devices? I understand that each would require a certain amount of bandwidth. I'm just wondering if it's possible, or if there's a way to re-allocate a device's requirement for bandwidth.

The reason I'm asking this is because I suspect that my device, on WinXP is requesting a higher amount of bandwidth than on Win2K.
