Open System Information (MSINFO32.EXE) in Accessories > System Tools and navigate to Hardware Resources > IRQs. Click anywhere in the right pane and then press CTRL-A and then CTRL-C. You have copied that data to the clipboard. Paste that data in a reply here.

: I have trouble with my scanner and have been informed that I should download internet usb chipset. How do I do this. I would appreciate any help. regards billb
