You may have to assign the drive a letter. Look in Device Manager for the drive. Go to the Settings tab and be sure it's assigned a letter. Make the drive Removable if it's not.

: It is laser brand and I am having trouble getting it to work it will work with a cdrom but not with a hard drive do u have any idea's I think it is made bu Onspec just with laser brand on it cause for the cdrom it say's it is onspec something-a-bob do I have to do any special to the hard drive I formated it and I think it has been set to master it's an old cavair hard drive 639.9mb if that helps this is really annoying me so please help me.
