USB Root Hub Problem.
Device details state
"due to hub transfer request failures ahub has been disabled. check cabling and devices and restart."

Have checked connectivity requirements using 'Intel USB Check' program and it returns an all OK message.

Have identified USB Host Controller as Intel 82371AB/EB PCI to USB Universal host Controller.

Have checked BIOS settings and changed them to;
Plug and Play - Enanbled
IRQ's - Auto
