Man you have a lot of stuff on that PC! You need to do something about the IRQ-sharing. If you can, disable the Com port in BIOS setup. Also consider disabling the LPT port if you have a USB printer. While in BIOS setup, find the PCI section and set OS type to PnP, Auto and Reset Configuration Data/ESCD.
Next, pick up the latest 4-in-1 drivers and Filter patch:
