Open System Information (MSINFO32.EXE) and navigate to Hardware Resources > IRQs. Click anywhere in the right pane and then press CTRL-A and then CTRL-C. You have copied that data to the clipboard. Paste that data in a reply here.

: I have a HP Pavilion 6465 operated by windows 98. Yesterday I have been trying to connect my nex Lexmark X83 Printer/Scanner/Copier/Fax to my PC and I keep getting comunicationerrors. The people at Lexmark told me to contact you because my USB port is out of date andI need to download something new. I currently have hardware version 001. They said that I need hardware version 002.
