: there's more sometimes than just d/l the patch and running it. When they ask you to make sure that the DSL SpeedTouch USB modem is disconected, DO NOT disconect it. make sure it is actually plugged in. and during installation the lights will turn green. I called my tech. support and they didn't know.I stumbled on this solution twice(first time I didn't notice what I've done).Just trying to help.
