After adding a Creative DAP Jukebox I have realise that none of my USB ports work. This is the first USB device I have so the ports may never have worked I have a device listed in Device Manager as "%USB\UKNOWN.DeviceDesc%" but this has a red cross by it. If I enable the device and reboot it has a yellow exclaimation mark. I have the latest ROM (dated 10/03/00) and have re-installed Windows and have changed the IRQ of a modem that was sharing IRQ11 with the USB hub. None of this has helped.
