This is what I've tried so far:
-uninstal the USB Sync and root hub devices,
-deleted the Winnt\inf\oem* and
Winnt\system32\drivers\ Wceusb* files
-deleted the registry keys for the Class/DeviceClasses/Services and Eventlog related to the device.
-uninstalled Active Sync.
-did a hard reboot on the Pocket PC
-Reboot system , reinstall Active Sync.
-Try to get the system to recognize the new hardware.

Same problem

I had no problem when I originaly install the Pocket PC. Everything work for 2 months, than I used my USB floppy drive and didn't stop it before removing it.
It didn't work since then.
