Open System Information (MSINFO32.EXE) and navigate to Hardware Resources > IRQs. Click anywhere in the right pane and then press CTRL-A and then CTRL-C. You have copied that data to the clipboard. Paste that data in a reply here.

: In device manager, USB device show as code 28.

: NEC Versa Txi laptop
: WIN2000 SP2
: Active Sync 3.5
: NEC P300 Pocket PC

: This is what I've tried so far:
: -uninstal the USB Sync and root hub devices,
: -deleted the Winnt\inf\oem* and
: Winnt\system32\drivers\ Wceusb* files
: -deleted the registry keys for the Class/DeviceClasses/Services and Eventlog related to the device.
: -uninstalled Active Sync.
: -did a hard reboot on the Pocket PC
: -Reboot system , reinstall Active Sync.
: -Try to get the system to recognize the new hardware.

: Same problem

: I had no problem when I originaly install the Pocket PC. Everything work for 2 months, than I used my USB floppy drive and didn't stop it before removing it.
: It didn't work since then.

: Please help,
: Thanks
