I see how it works now (re:previous correspondence)
NOP, this system came with Win2K.
In addition of what I have done I uninstall ActiveSync and deleted everything related to it in the registry.
Re-install ActiveSync, Still same problem.
I also install the Pocket PC on a different laptop and it works fine.

: Your IRQ table looks healthy. I'm wondering if you upgraded from Win98 to Win2K. If you did, it may behoove you to "repair" Win2K with all USB devices unplugged.

: That will usually fix the problem. Make sure that you have deleted any folders named "Win98" or "Cabs" on the laptop. Those are the driver cache folders for the old OS.
