I doubt that it would hurt to try. I have never been successful with my 882C. Some newer HPs can do it because they are designed to do it.

There are other ways to share - Ethernet and USB switches. Keep that in mind.

: i have an HP 960c DeskJet that supports both Parallel Port and USB Interface. would it work if i were to connect one PC to the printer's USB Port with another PC connecting to its Parallel Port? what happens if both PCs send printing requests simultaneously? would this kind of setup lead to any potential problems?
