Is there any way to remove the canon drivers and just use the windows xp drivers? That depends. Which Bubblejet is this? Are the drivers available in the New Printer database when you try to install it manually? Generally, when you switch printer interfaces, it's best to fully uninstall all software and then reinstall the printer exactly according to manufacturer's instructions. Do you still have those? Bill
