Yes. Win98ndoesn't see any change because it doesn't see a USB 2.0 hub
at all. The others are "USB2-aware" and will log the changes.

: When I have a device connectd to a USB 2.0 Hub on a Windows 98 machine and then switch to another port on the hub, the device still works. In Windows2k and WinXP if i switch the device to another port on the hub the I get a "New Hardware Wizard Dialog". Why do these operating systems behave differently? I may be answering myself, but the only thing I was able to find on Microsoft's site says that USB 2.0 is not supported on Win 98/me. Is this why???
