: i talked to tech support with logitech and he gave me this website i have a usb thing and it is viatech 3038 pci to usb universal host controller and he told me to come to this site in hopes that you might be able to help me download something to make cam work. this is getting very frustrating for i have tried 3 different cameras and get the same result with it saying that there is another capture device running which there is not can you please help me thank you in advance
