The usbmdmmot.inf and usbcdcmot.inf are inf files from Motorola. They should be on the Motorola cd. If you installed the Motorola software via a Setup search in the \Windows\Inf folder ( this folder is per default hidden, check in the folders options => show all files ).

The base5.cab contains needed Windows usb files.

: Use WinZip to open the CAB files on both CDs and explore for the files. I don't recall ever seeing them. I would look in the C:\Windows\System folder and on the Motorola CD.
