I have an Archos Jukebox 20 with XP. A VIA motherboard with a USB 2.0 add-on card. The drivers are installed for the USB card. Device manager shows all USB drivers with no issues. The XP drivers on the Archos website are installed.
I plug the Jukebox in, it recognizes the device and adds the drive but I'm not getting USB 2 speed. It's plugged in to the add-on card and it's using a USB 2 cable.
I have also noticed that when I try to remove the drive the driver hangs and will not unload.

Any suggestions?
