Try this one:
ftp://www.siig.com/USB2.0_v2.021.exe
If no joy, manually update the driver and select "Install from a list..." and then "Don't search..." Choose any compatible driver but a B series one.

: I updated the driver and it still says "B1" but it has the correct date. The version is 5.1.2600.0.
: Same problem, USB 1.1 speed.
: : The Beta 1 driver is pretty lame. Download this one and update the driver:
: : ftp://download.intel.com/design/motherbd/mv/USB2.0_5.1.266.0_WinXP_EHCI.exe

: : : My driver is a "B1" driver.

: : : : Do you have an "Enhanced" USB host controller present in Device Manager? Is it a "B1" or "B2" driver? Those are Beta.

: : : : : : : I have an Archos Jukebox 20 with XP. A VIA motherboard with a USB 2.0 add-on card. The drivers are installed for the USB card. Device manager shows all USB drivers with no issues. The XP drivers on the Archos website are installed.
: : : : : : : I plug the Jukebox in, it recognizes the device and adds the drive but I'm not getting USB 2 speed. It's plugged in to the add-on card and it's using a USB 2 cable.
: : : : : : : I have also noticed that when I try to remove the drive the driver hangs and will not unload.
: : : : : : :
: : : : : : : Any suggestions?
: : : : : :
: : : : : : What speed do you get and what speed do you expect?
: : : : :
: : : : : I expect to get USB 2 speed instead of USB 1.1 speed.
