I usually Don't use the logitech mouseware, though I installed it to see whether it would work better with the software.
However, I will post the information you requested as soon as Ihave the Time.
Try removing the Logitech software for a few days. Use it "straight up".
: Open System Information (MSINFO32.EXE) and navigate to Hardware Resources > IRQs. Click anywhere in the right pane and then press CTRL-A and then CTRL-C. You have copied that data to the clipboard. Paste that data in a reply here.

: : Hello,
: : I'm having a serious problem with my relatively new Logitech "Mouse Man Dual Optical" Device:
: : The cursor sporadically "jumps" to another position, although the mouse is moved normally. These errors are very frustrating in the long run.
: : I did read some FAQ's concerning the mouse ware, I wrote several Emails to the Logitech-Support (which bothered to write back but couldn't solve the problem in the end) and I even brought my mouse back to the store to get a new one.
: : Nothing Helped.
: : Hopefully, someone on this forum can assist me with advice. A few relevant pieces of information about my System-Specs will probably be helpful:
: : AMD Athlon 1.1GHZ CPU
: : Asus A7V KT133 Mainboard
: : Windows 2000 Service Pack 2
: : I don't understand why these errors occur, but on an end note: I experienced the same Problems on an older machine (P2-400/AsusP2B-LS/Win2k SP2), and therefore, I am currently suspecting that it might have to do with my Operating System.
