I doubt it. How is Windows going to tell 64 identical devices apart? CPU usage would soar and resources would dwindle even if it could. You must also keep the absolute cable maximum length below 5M.

On top of all of that, I don't think that one USB controller could do this. You would need one of these at least:

http://catalog.belkin.com/IWCatProductPage.process?Merchant_Id=1&Section_Id=39&pcount=&Product_Id=85057&Section.Section_Path=%2FUSB%2FHostControllers%2F

http://www.siig.com/products/usb/features/USB_4PortQuadPro.html

These have four individual controllers each and would help you reduce cable length. If you installed 2 in a PC, you would only have to put 7 or 8 devices on each port - instead of 32.

I wish you luck.

: There are 64 devices to be connectted to usb hosts.

: Each devices include an audio module(400kbps or lower)
: These devices are in a classroom of high school.

: The computers only support usb1.1.

: So I should use 4 hosts,each host connects to a hub,
: each hub connects to 4 hubs, each hub connects to 4
: devices.

: Can I use usb1.1 like this?
