: The individual ports do not show in Device Manager - just the Root Hub and Host Controller.: Open System Information (MSINFO32.EXE) and navigate to Hardware Resources > IRQs. Click anywhere in the right pane and then press CTRL-A and then CTRL-C. You have copied that data to the clipboard. Paste that data in a reply here.: Bill: : I recently bought camera w/usb connection. Whn i plugged into 2nd port, it did nothing. I was told that there should be 2 USB ports listed in system properties and it should be enabled. Since I am partially pc literate, can someone advised me how to correctly ascertain if there is a 2nd port on my sytem porperties and how to enable it. I am using Win98 SE on 500 mhz pc.
