The Alcatel is USB 1.1.

That card will include Mac drivers, I believe. There are cheaper ones at Ebuyer, but none better. If you have an older Mac, you will need the USB card supplement from Apple.

: I have BT's Openworld broadband installed on my Mac G4. The modem that came with the pack is a Alcatel Speedtouch modem. I need it plugged in to my Mac permanently, but have run out of available USB ports. Can anyone recommend a PCI card USB? Is the Alactel USB 1 or USB2?
