The device shows up in My Computer as an external drive, and the pictures/files appear, and can be loaded by software, and/or dragged dropped onto the hard-drive. The problem is that the pictures are corrupted in some way, such that they appear as a series of random horizontal coloured stripes. The camera is OK on another computer, so maybe something running on the computer is interfering with the down-load. I have tried disabling Norton, and have shut down all applications but without any change. Do you have any ideas? I desperately need to solve this problem. Hope you can help. Many thanks.
