Post your question at the USB-IF developer board. The guys over there have lots of experience with Cypress kits.
1 on 1 is for end user questions regarding USB host side issues and home based systems.
The service is a courtesy to our supporters and helps us pay the bandwidth charges associated with this forum board.

: I would like to know if, with the 1 on 1 Support, you also help with software. I have a simple program written with uVision2 and a cypress ez-usb fx which receives packets and send them through uart0. It's not that long but I don't know why it doesn't work. So I'd like to know if you also help with that. Note that I don't really care about giving twice or thrice 10$
