Open System Information (MSINFO32.EXE) and navigate to Hardware Resources > IRQs. Click anywhere in the right pane and then press CTRL-A and then CTRL-C. You have copied that data to the clipboard. Paste that data in a reply here.

: If it's not reading a 128MB card correctly then it's NOT working :) As Bill replied, Card Readers don't like hub connections and they are, in general, very unforgiving USB devices. My guess is the Card Reader is malfunctioning or USB is not correctly configured on your system. Send some more information and I'm sure Bill will be more than happy to help you diagnose and correct the problem.
