Open System Information (MSINFO32.EXE) and navigate to Hardware Resources > IRQs. Click anywhere in the right pane and then press CTRL-A and then CTRL-C. You have copied that data to the clipboard. Paste that data in a reply here.

: I am using an Olympus C2 digital camera linked to my Dell Inspiron 8100 (Windows ME) via the USB port. The device shows up in My Computer as an external drive, and the pictures/files appear, and can be loaded by software, and/or dragged dropped onto the hard-drive.
: The problem is that the pictures are corrupted in some way, such that they appear as a series of random horizontal coloured stripes.
: The camera is OK on another computer, so maybe something running on the computer is interfering with the down-load.
: I have tried disabling Norton, and have shut down all applications but without any change.
: Do you have any ideas?
