I have enabled them in the BIOS. But I keep getting ?The NTKERN.VXD device loader for this device could not load the device (driver code 2)? in device manager. I have tried to update the drive but no change. I have tried to install standard Universal PCI to USB Host Controller but no change. It seems to want IRQ 3 nothing is on IRQ 3 so (I think) I have no IRQ conflicts. I have reinstalled uhcd.sys, usbhub.sys and usbd.sys. I have fallowed usbmans trouble guide although I have no idea what ACPI is and can not tell if it is disabled. I have Win ME.
