Hello,
I hope you can help. I recently installed a PCI USB card (Innovision EIO with NEC chip) to my pc which occasionally works fine but mostly hangs the system when accessed. I'm running windows ME on a Shuttle hot 591p, VIA based motherboard. I've updated the bios and tried many different settings, all with the same result. I've tried several clean installations of windows and various combinations of PCI card positions (3 slots- modem, sound & USB)which still proved unsuccesful. Here are my IRQ settings, first with USB disabled in the bios, second enabled.
