You don't have the hardware.
Me drivers come with the hardware when you buy it.

: I have a dell laptop that came with WinMe, and I've heard that windows update can download drivers to enable USB 2.0 support with this OS. Is this true, and how can I tell if I already have USB 2.0 support? I can't find this information anywhere, and I figured all of you well-informed people might be able to help.
