Which Windows version? It looks like Win9x/ME.

Have you installed the VIA 4in1 drivers and Filter patch?

: My Iomega external usb cdr-rw drive is not always recognized on boot-up. (one day it will work and the next boot-up it is not seen) Tried updating the drivers and doing Iomega's trouble-shooting with no success. Any ideas?
