Setting PnP Os to YES ("auto" doesn't exist) allows windows to reassign the IRQs, and resetting ESCD clears the previous configuration.. I don't understand but I will try

: Only if you set "PnP OS" in BIOS, "Auto" and reset ESCD (Configuration Data). A trip to Safe Mode beforehand to remove all offending devices is recommended.
