You could also use a 2-port Opti-based card.

: Thanks. I tried re-installing but it made no difference. However, I have since found a link ob the Belkin site which says that some of their cards may not work or only one port will be active if fitted to older PowerMacs. I think I'm just out of luck and will have to make do with a single port and buy a hub.......
