Trial and error or your motherboard manual.
When you find the right slot Cleanup in Safe Mode.
The instructions for installing the card are on the page link I posted.

: can u help me? i think me usb card is installed correctly cause in the device manager, the devices are correct, but if i still need to put the card in the correct IRQ, how do i know which pci slot to put it in? i have 3pci slots. how can i tell which IRQ shares the usb slot?
