If the onboard USB controller is not enabled in BIOS, there's a very good chance that an add-in card will not be recognized. A BIOS update is advised.

: I've got exactly the same USB Card and found it not recognized by the bios of my DFI board. In my other PCs the card works fine. I think there is an incompatibility problem between the motherbord and the card.
