Not that I'm aware of. :-(
I have yet to see a DOS program recognize a USB emulated Com port or a USP printer.
Sorry.

: I have a radio controlled aircraft that I can plug into my computer at home via RS232 to monitor the engine. I am running Win98 First Edition and the monitor program runs in DOS. The DOS program asks whether the RS232 is on COM1, 2, 3 or 4. This all runs fine on my home computer.
: However, I've invested in a new laptop which only has USB ports and cannot get the DOS monitor program to recognise the RS232 output, via a converter cable.
: Can I map the USB port I'm connected to, to be recognised as COM1 etc.?
