To automatically shut down the PC >Device Manager >Show Hiden Devices >NT APM Legacy Support will have a Red ! - Enable it.
If the MB is ATX it will now shut down automatically as before.

: Ooh...that's because APM was disabled when Windows was installed. The only real issue will be that you'll need to manually shut off the PC.

: Go into BIOS setup and disable one or both Com ports if you're not using them. Disable the LPT port if you have a USB printer too. In BIOS, look in the PCI section the Clear ESCD or Reset Configuration Data switch and enable it. It resets itself after use.
