Windows doesn't like the driver that you supplied for the device or it doesn't get along with the VIA controllers. It's also possible that Windows has some issues. Try for a BIOS update and updated (or older) drivers.

: : What's happening is that there's a serious crash and Windows is rebooting deliberately. Look in Control Panel > System > Advanced > Startup and Recovery. There, disable the Automatic restart and set the memory dump to None. The next time, you will get the official BSOD (blue screen of death).
: : Open System Information (MSINFO32.EXE) and navigate to Hardware Resources > IRQs. Click anywhere in the right pane and then press CTRL-A and then CTRL-C. You have copied that data to the clipboard. Paste that data in a reply here.
