Open System Information (MSINFO32.EXE) and navigate to Hardware Resources > IRQs. Click anywhere in the right pane and then press CTRL-A and then CTRL-C. You have copied that data to the clipboard. Paste that data in a reply here.

: I have Windows 98 (4.10.1998) & Intel 82371AB/EB PCI to USB Universal Host Controller. I have added a Belkin USB Multi-Port Hub F5U116. The hub installs fine. The Serial Ports and USB Ports are not a problem. The Parallel Port adapter drivers (F5U002) are loaded OK and evrything is fine in the Device Manager.

: When I attach my HP DeskJet 880c to the hub's parallel port I can print. I can reboot and it will still be OK. I can even Shut Down and all is well when I boot up again.

: If I leave it for a while (half hour or more)and then boot up two 'Unknown Devices' are installed under USB, the Serial to USB COnvertors disappear from Device Manager and the COM ports added also vanish.

: If I follow this procedure everything starts working again, although the parallel printer is then not connected:

: remove the parallel cable, unplug the USB cable from the hub, reboot in SAFE mode, remove the 'Unknown Devices' from Device Manager, (the serial convertors and COM Ports are visible again in SAFE mode!), reboot in normal mode and then plug the USB cable back into the hub.

: I have reinstalled the Printer Drivers, upgraded the BIOS and followed the rest of the problem solver but to no avail. Any ideas?
