Please turn off the CAPS.

When you first start the PC, press DEL, F1, F2, F10 or F12 to enter BIOS setup. You'll find a few categories in there. Search them all for a USB switch.

: : On most older systems with Win95 preinstalled USB is disabled in the BIOS. Open the BIOS setup and make sure USB is Enabled i.e. USB Keyboard, Legacy USB and /or Assign IRQ for USB.
