Open System Information (MSINFO32.EXE) and navigate to Hardware Resources > IRQs. Click anywhere in the right pane and then press CTRL-A and then CTRL-C. You have copied that data to the clipboard. Paste that data in a reply here.

: I have an assembled PC at home, procured about two & a half years ago. The mobo is Intel810. There is a celeron 500mhz chip in my PC. There are also two USB ports, which I never used so far.
: Recently, I got a new USB printer & a new USB zip drive. My OS is Win98 first edition. Windows couldn't detect either of these new devices.
: I have done all basic checks, e.g., USB-enabled in BIOS setup. Win device manager shows USB host controller & root hub, no "yellow/ exclamation mark" in device manager against USB, no apparent conflict, IRQ 9 assigned to USB, etc.
: Help, please.
