: I understand that NT4.0 does not support USB, I am on a network of Dell machines with USB ports that use NT4.0, and have no control over upgrading to an OS that supports USB.

have you found a USB-driver for NT4? I'd like to plug my external CD-writer through USB to my office-PC, which runs under NT4.
I'd appreciate any advice from you... or someone else
