Manufaturer Pre-installed with Multicardreader onthe USB so that i have 3 USB connectors free leftat the front as well as 2 other at rear

-USB-Massstoragedevice (Medion Flash XL V2.6D)

-USB-Root-HUB 5.1.2600.0(listing the Massstoragedevice consuming 100mA)

One USB 2.0 capable Memory Stick/Pen/Drive by www.sharkoon.com works fine on another PC with Win2k but not on my above described newer machine. Device Manager does not recognize the device and lists it with exclamation mark under others.
Any ideas to help me use the Flexidrive on the XP machine ?? (VID_0D7D&PID_110e&Rev_0200)
In the Regestry Compatible IDs it states Class_08&SubClass_06&Prot_50
