Manufaturer Pre-installed Multicardreader connected to USB so that i have 3 USB connectors free left at the front as well as 2 other at rear

My USB Stack:

-SiS 7001 PCI-USB Open Host Controller 5.1.2600.0 IRQ21
-SiS 7001 PCI-USB Open Host Controller 5.1.2600.0 IRQ22
-SiS 7002 USB 2.0 Enhanced Host Controller 5.1.2600.41 IRQ 23
-USB 2.0 Root Hub (NEC) 5.1.2600.0 (listing the unknown device as consuming 500mA)
-USB-Massstoragedevice (Medion Flash XL V2.6D)
-USB-Root-HUB 5.1.2600.0
-USB-Root-HUB 5.1.2600.0(listing the Massstoragedevice consuming 100mA)
-USB-Root-HUB 5.1.2600.0

One USB 2.0 capable Memory Stick/Pen/Drive by www.sharkoon.com works fine on another PC with Win2k but not on my above described newer machine. Device Manager does not recognize the device and lists it with exclamation mark under others.

Any ideas to help me use the Flexidrive on the XP machine ?? (VID_0D7D&PID_110e&Rev_0200)

In the Regestry Compatible IDs it states Class_08&SubClass_06&Prot_50

but as far as i could get it from other sites the problem seem be related to SIS 7001 itself and not SIS 963.... Right ? Seems to me that 962 and 963 are followups that should correct the problems known ? But then wy do i have the devicemanager state or use drivers for 7001 ? Anyone ?
