Went into the BIOS and enabled it...it worked!! Thanks so much, this has been driving me crazy.

: If the motherboard CMOS was reset, USB may have been disabled in BIOS setup. You must enter BIOS setup and re-enble USB.
: Enter BIOS setup by pressing DEL, usually.
